Style Studio Closet Terms of Service

1. Provider and Scope

Style Studio Closet is provided by Loup Digital, Inh. Jens Wolf, Niehler Str. 101, 50733 Cologne, Germany. You can contact us at support@loup-digital.com. These terms describe the use of our wardrobe, outfit-planning, optional AI, and sharing services.

The app is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are below the age at which you can enter into a binding agreement in your country, involve your parent or legal guardian where required. Third-party services may have additional age requirements.

2. App License and Apple

The license to the iOS and iPadOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These service terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it or restrict rights it grants you. If there is a conflict concerning the app license, the Standard EULA takes precedence, subject to mandatory law.

Loup Digital provides and supports Style Studio Closet. Apple operates the App Store and purchase services; TikTok operates its own service. Neither Apple nor TikTok is the provider of our styling service.

3. Your Wardrobe and Content

You retain your rights in the photos, notes, and other content you add. You must have the rights and any necessary permission from people shown in images to use, process, or share that content. We process selected content only as needed to provide the features you request, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not acquire ownership of your wardrobe content.

Style Studio Closet is a private wardrobe app. It does not automatically publish your wardrobe or provide a public community feed. Keep backups of content that is important to you, and review your choices before deleting or sharing it.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use it to create or share unlawful, abusive, or non-consensual intimate content, impersonate others, attack the service, or bypass access controls, subscription requirements, or usage limits.

5. Optional AI Features

AI features require your consent to the data processing described in the Privacy Policy and may require internet access, an eligible subscription, and available usage allowance. Applicable limits and access conditions are shown in the app.

AI suggestions and generated try-on images may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are styling inspiration, not a guarantee of physical fit, appearance, product availability, or professional advice. Review results before relying on or sharing them. Declining AI consent does not prevent use of the non-AI wardrobe features.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Optional paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchase. The price, billing period, included features, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment and renewal are handled through your Apple Account under Apple’s applicable purchase terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings before renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription there and use Restore Purchases in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for Apple purchases can be submitted through Apple’s refund service; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Optional Sharing and TikTok

You decide whether to export or share a look. Where available, TikTok Share Kit for iOS prepares a photo carousel, saves the export images to your photo library with your permission, and passes the selected images to the TikTok app. You review, edit, and decide whether to publish in TikTok. Style Studio Closet does not automatically post to your TikTok account and does not use TikTok Login Kit or request access to your TikTok profile or videos.

Before sharing, check the images for personal details and confirm that you have permission to share them. Exported images remain in your photo library until you delete them there. Sharing requires the relevant third-party app and may depend on its availability and rules.

Your use of TikTok and other destinations is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and content rules. You are responsible for selecting the audience and managing posts there. Deleting a look in Style Studio Closet does not delete copies exported to Photos or sent to another service.

8. Privacy

Our Style Studio Closet Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional cloud synchronization, AI processing, purchases, and user-initiated sharing. These terms do not replace any separate permission required to access photos or process personal data.

9. Availability and Ending Use

Online features may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems, or third-party outages. We may update features to maintain security, compatibility, and reliability, subject to applicable law and your paid subscription rights. We may restrict access to online services where necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, or a security threat.

You can stop using the service at any time. Manage or cancel any subscription separately through Apple, and use the deletion options described in the Privacy Policy for your data.

10. Consumer Rights and Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies for defective digital products or services, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The app-license warranty and liability provisions are set out in the Standard EULA, subject to applicable mandatory law.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. Where a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide that notice or obtain consent. Updates do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.
